Carol Pascoe Fielden

Carol Pascoe Fielden, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away February 25, 2021 at age 95. She was born in Ontario California on March 3, 1925 to Jesse Field Pascoe and Allie Belle Carroll Pascoe and is the oldest of five children. She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard, sister, Iva, and grandson, Quinten Hurst.
She married her sweetheart, Richard Clark Fielden on December 16, 1949 in the Salt Lake Temple. Carol met Richard in Salt Lake City after his service in World War II. Richard asked
Carol to wait for him while he served a 2 ½ year mission to Denmark. Carol served a mission to the Southern States Mission at the same time as Richard served his mission.
Carol is survived by her children and their spouses Michael and Evon Fielden, Brian and Ann Fielden, Elaine and Jim Douglas, Linda and David Hurst, Susan and Dan Joos. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren. She is also survived by 3 brothers, Dale, Wayne, and Ralph.
Carol received her nursing degree in 1964. She became a licensed nursing home operator in 1959 and then owner in 1961. She operated the nursing home for many years.
Carol loved family history. Her favorite past time was serving those who had previously passed on. She loved connecting families together. Many individuals received their temple covenants thru the efforts of Carol’s dedicated work. Carol also served as a temple ordinance worker in 1987.
