Our loving mother and grandmother passed away peacefully on November 21, 2013.
She was born December 10, 1936 in Tooele, Utah. She married Stan Obershaw, June 26, 1963. She enjoyed collecting ceramic bells, opera music, and collecting holiday Christmas bears. Carol was a member of Beta Sigma Phi Laureate Beta sorority for 43 years. She was a wonderful grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family.
Carol is survived by her son, Brian (Brandi); step-daughter, Teresia (Phillip) Balderaz; nine grandchildren, and sister, Jacque (Don) Sant. Preceded in death by her husband, Stan, and sister, Peggy.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, November 26th, 2:00 p.m. at Redwood Memorial Cemetery, 6500 So. Redwood Rd. with a viewing one hour prior to services in the mortuary.
