Byron Lee Mitchell, age 58 passed away peacefully on October 14, 2020 at IMC Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born on March 15, 1962, in Palm Springs, California to Earle and Betty Mitchell.
One of Byron’s favorite hobbies was shopping for clothing and shoes he also enjoyed coin collecting. He loved reading and had a wide collection of books. Byron graduated with a Bachelors degree from BYU. He had a strong testimony of his Savior Jesus Christ and loved the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and was a man of devout faith. He honorably served a mission in Italy, and held many different positions of service in the church.
He is survived by his brothers Lonnie and Marcus Mitchell, and was preceded in death by his parents Earle and Betty Mitchell.
Byron will be laid to rest with his parents in Palm Springs California. At this time no services have been scheduled.
