Brandee Graves Hudson

April 1, 1981 — September 15, 2021

Brandee Graves Hudson, 40, passed away unexpectedly in the hospital on September 15th 2021. She was born on April 1st 1981 in Murray, Utah and was adopted by Kerry Lynne, and Lynn J. Graves. She was married to Matthew A. (Platt) Hudson from April 2010 to August 2017 when they civilly decided to go their separate ways. Brandee was currently engaged to Jerry L. (Jay) Zeibig Jr. with a wedding date set for October 30th 2021.
Brandee grew up in the Sandy/Midvale area of Salt Lake County, Utah. She attended Hillcrest High School where she was an extremely popular cheerleader. She then graduated from Valley High School in 1999. She got along with everybody and was surrounded by tons of friends everywhere she went. As an adult she resided at her home in West Jordan, Utah. From 2006 to present, Brandee worked for Noridian as a Quality Review Analyst. For most of that time, she was able to work from home and absolutely loved her job. She was able to form special bonds with her coworkers even though she hadn’t met many of them in person.
Brandee thoroughly enjoyed the great outdoors. She was happy when she was immersed  in nature through activities like camping, hiking, shooting, four-wheeling, meditating, and honing her yoga skills. She especially loved connecting with the ocean at her favorite place on earth, Punalu’u Beach on the “Big Island” of Hawaii, where she planned to move with Jay and Lynne next spring. Brandee loved these activities mostly because of the incredible and inspiring relationships she made with people while doing them. She cared greatly for the people around her and would drop everything and give the shirt off her back for a friend in need. Brandee was also an animal lover. Her pets were very important to her and she will be missed by her dogs Louie and Hanna, her cat Addakiss, and her “pretty bird” Tuco.
Brandee is survived by Lynn J. Graves (Father), Jerry L. Zeibig Jr. (Fiancé), Merrill Adair (Grandfather), Marline Adair (Grandmother), and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Brandee is proceeded in death by Kerry Lynne Graves (Mother), Charles Graves (Grandfather), Mildred Graves (Grandmother), Lilly Adair (Grandmother).
