Beverly A. Bluemel

September 19, 1933 — April 21, 2019

Beverly was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on September 19, 1933. When she was 14 years old, her family moved to Lyman, Wyoming. It was in Lyman that she met Florin Bluemel. They were married on October 20, 1949. Together they had 3 children and lived in Ogden, Utah and Riverton, Utah before retiring in Erda, Utah, where they have lived for the last 16 years. Beverly enjoyed traveling to rodeos and team ropings with Florin. She was always decorating her home with interesting things that she collected during their travels. She loved all animals, but especially her dogs, and she always had two or three at a time. She also enjoyed spending time with her granddaughters and her great-grandsons and great-granddaughter.
She is survived by her husband, Florin Bluemel, her daughter Debbie Bluemel (Larry Brown), her son Darren Bluemel, granddaughters Shelly Brown (Mike Stahan), and Jo Brown (Brady Watterson), as well as great-grandchildren Wyatt Strahan, Jake Strahan, Beau Watterson, and Oaklie Watterson.
She is preceded in death by her son Gene Bluemel.
A visitation will be held at 10:15 AM Thursday, April 25, 2019 at Memorial Redwood Mortuary and Cemetery, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, UT, 84123. A graveside service will then follow at 11:00 AM at the same location.
