Betty Rae McCarrel Lemmon age 88 of Riverton, Utah. Passed away, Friday, December 21, 2018.
Born March 20, 1930 in Salt Lake City, Utah the daughter of Clifford G. and Anna F. Ludwig, McCarrel. She married Donald Lemmon in October 1967 he preceded her in death June 15, 1996.Betty retired from Cream O’ Weber Dairy in 1995, was a volunteer for the 4-H Horse Program and served for many years in various capacities. She loved arts, crafts and reading. She is survived by her children, Dale Rae Jex, Lauree Pomikala-Pezel, Annie (Dave) Hansen, Kris (Bridget) Lemmon; sister in law, Lois Lemmon Goulding; 9 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a sister, Shirley McCarrel Limb. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Thursday, December 27, 2018 at the Memorial Lake Hills Mortuary Chapel, 10055 S. State St., Sandy, Utah. Visitation will be from 9:00 – 10:45 am prior to services.Service Information
