Betty Lorraine Crump (Young) Farrell

Betty Lorraine Crump (Young) Farrell, age 88, died on November 14, 2016, in West Valley City, Utah. She was born on September 24, 1928 in Goshen, Utah to James and Klea Sargent Crump. Betty was raised in Payson and later moved to Salt Lake City. She married Donald Young in 1956 and had 2 wonderful daughters. They later divorced and she married Robert H. Farrell on October 16, 1970. Together they had a wonderful son. Betty worked at Mountain Bell Telephone Co. for 13 years, United Airlines for 9 ½ years and worked seasonally at Hickory Farms for 8 years.
She is survived by her husband, Bob; daughters, Shannon (Jacade) Narcisse and Pamela (Lanny) Gill; son, Bryan Farrell (Bonnie); grandchildren: Ryan (Jessica) Collins, Audrey (Chris) Forward, Alisha (Steve) Gillette, Bradley Stephenson, Brianna Stephenson, and Sean (Maria) Stephenson; 14 great-grandchildren; 2 nieces and 2 nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Ronal and Sister-in-law, Zella; sister, Jean; and twin brother and sister, Gladys and Glen.
Funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM on Friday, November 18, 2016 Memorial Lake Hills Mortuary, 10055 South State Street, Sandy, UT, with a visitation 1 hour prior. Interment will be at Memorial Lake Hills Cemetery. Condolences may be left at www.MemorialUtah.com.
