Betty LaRue Cook Zink Wilkins, born on June 24, 1923, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Charles Henry Cook and Sarah Ann Willden, Passed away on October 2, 2021, at Saint George Rehabilitation.
She married Harold Raymond Zink on September 4, 1942, who passed away on January 8, 1968. Later on the May 25, 1973, she married Ronald Wilkins.
She worked for many years at Continental Bank in Salt Lake City. She was the Secretary for the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers when they lived in Bountiful, Utah. She loved traveling and trips to Europe, Hawaii, and many vacations with her children. She loved her Posterity without question.
Active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints. Served with Ron at nursing homes in Bountiful, Utah.
She is Survived by: Her Daughter, Linda Kay Peterson (Jerry), her Son, Steven Lee Zink (Terry); Six Grandchildren, Paige Flora, Bryan Peterson, Aaron Peterson, Chad Peterson, Nikki Etherington and David Zink; 21 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great Great Grandchildren.
She was Preceded in death by: Her Parents, Charles and Sarah Cook, two sisters: Phyllis Taylor and Eleanor DeTurk, One Brother: Charles Cook. Both of her husbands: Harold R Zink and Ronald Wilkins.
Grave Site Services will be held on: October 9, 2021, at Lakeview Memorial Mortuary, Bountiful, Utah, at 3:00 PM. Family viewing will be at 2:00 PM.
Interment will be at Lakeview Memorial Estates, 1640 Lakeview Drive, Bountiful, Utah 84010.
