Betty would like to let you know that her work here is finished. She received a call, a sort of an offer you can’t refuse, for an appointment from which she will not be returning. This assignment comes with a huge sign on bonus, a reunion with family and friends she has not seen in a long time, and her eternal companion and sweetheart of 75 years, Richard Dean Hansen. She asks that her family celebrate her mission here which has now been completed. Weeds have won their battle. Betty passed away on September 3, 2019 at age 96. She is survived by all eight of her children and their spouses, 33 grandchildren, 63 great grandchildren, and 9 great great grandchildren. Services will be held on Monday, September 9th at 11:00 a.m. A viewing will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the West Jordan Utah Westland Stake building, 7265 South 2700 West, West Jordan. Internment to follow at Memorial Redwood Cemetery 6500 S Redwood Rd.Service Information
