Beryle L. Howard Harrow died on November 14, 2013 in Salt Lake City, Utah at the age of 91. She was born May 12, 1922 in Salt Lake City to William G. Howard and Ruth Hocking Howard, early residents of Holladay, Utah. She married Kenneth B. Harrow August 31, 1940. They were married for 56 years.
She will be remembered for her unconditional acceptance of all people and as a loving person devoted to her family. She lived her entire life in Holladay and often reminisced about childhood and family gatherings. She enjoyed playing the piano and playing cards with lifelong friends. She made beautiful quilts. Beryle loved the outdoors and maintained her own home and garden up until her passing. She was a member of the L.D.S. Church and was recognized for playing the piano in Primary for 25 years.
Beryle is survived by four sons: Kenneth (Joan), Keith (Kathy), Steven (Janet), Brent (Kathy), eight grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, a brother Doug Howard and sister Marion Hinckley and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, brother, Gordon Howard and sister, Esther Cook.
Graveside Services will be held on November 19, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at Holladay Memorial Park, 4900 S Memory Lane (1990 E). A viewing will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the Holladay-Cottonwood Mortuary, 4670 S Highland Drive. Condolences may be shared with the family at www.holladaycottonwoodmortuary.com
