Bert H. Olsen

Bert H. Olsen, 84 of Magna, Utah passed away at home on February 12, 2025 surrounded by family. Bert was born on the family farm in Mount Pleasant, Utah on April 6, 1940 to Lula and Rex T. Olsen. He attended North Sanpete High School where he was an integral part of the basketball program. 

Bert worked for 33 years as a warehouseman for KCC and enjoyed the great outdoors with his family. Bert’s true passion was dedication and service to family and friends. He especially loved spending time with his grandkids and great-grandkids and looked forward to their visits.

Bert is survived by his son Jeff (Charisse) Olsen, daughter Valorie (Mike) Lowe, son Mike Olsen, grandchildren Jeffery Guy and Brenda Olsen, Lauren and Marcus Martinez, Kirsten Lowe, Ian and Jalina Olsen, great-grandchildren Elaine, Ellie Mae, Aurora, plus two more on the way, brothers Don (Roleen) and Ted, in addition to his many nieces, nephews and other extended family who loved Bert.

He was preceded in death by the love of his life Carol Elaine Olsen, Rex and Lula Olsen (parents), Boyd Olsen (brother), Edna and J. David Nelson (sister and brother-in-law), Shauna Olsen (sister-in-law) and R Taylor Olsen (grandson).

Bert requested that there be no memorial services and upon cremation be placed next to Carol. We are respectfully honoring his wishes.
