Bernice Pepper

Diane Pepper, 87, passed away on September 29, 2015, in Layton, Utah. Mom was born on March 4, 1928, in Salt Lake City, Utah to Merrill and Vada Woolsey.
Mom married Amos Pepper in August 1952, later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
Mom raised 6 children, was an excellent homemaker and loved to cook especially Danish hot cakes for her children and grandchildren who often had contests to see who could eat the most. Hobbies included making porcelain dolls, crocheting and ceramics. Her greatest joy in life was her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Mom is preceded in death by her husband Amos, her son Scott, and granddaughter Alee. She is survived by her children, Lynn (Kathleen), daughter-in-law Becky (LeRey), Terry (Vickie), Diana (John), Deborah (Mark), and Kevin as well as 12 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held Sunday October 4th, from 6-8 pm at Mountain View Mortuary, 3115 E 7800 S. Funeral services will be held Monday October 5th at 12 noon at the Cottonwood Heights 4th Ward, 2522 E 6710 S. Viewing prior to services from 1030-1130. Interment will be at Mountain View Cemetery.
