Ben Tsujimoto, age 93, passed peacefully in his home surrounded by family, September 10, 2014, in Taylorsville, Utah. Born on July 19, 1921, in Clinton, Utah. He married to Arlene Miles Tsujimoto. Served in WWII as a member of the US Army all Japanese Unit 442 “Go For Broke”. Ben enjoyed spending time with family, fishing and trips to Wendover. Survived by his wife, Arlene; children, Gary (Karen), Lisa, Guy (Gayle) Tsujimoto; grandchildren, Bryson (Tenille), Tyler, Mariko (Paul) Rossiter, Nicholas and Michiko Zaharias, Midori and Miles Tsujimoto; great-grandchildren, Kiriko Tsujimoto and Maila Rossiter; sister, Emiko Akimoto. Preceded in death by his brothers Floyd and Tameji and sisters Elna and Utako. Funeral Services will be held at Redwood Memorial, 6500 S. Redwood Rd., West Jordan, Utah, Monday September 15 at 11:00 a.m., with a viewing on Sunday, September 14 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and 1 hour prior to the service.
