Belva Luella Dalton, 77, passed away Friday, March 25, 2016. She was born July 5, 1938 in Helper, Utah to George Granville Cooper and Elva Luella Alger Cooper. Belva married Al Meadowcroft on July 20, 1955 in Salt Lake City, Utah; Later married Joseph Dalton on April 6, 1967 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Belva was a member of the LDS Church.
Survived by three daughters: Sylvia L. Meadowcroft (Ronald) Bevan, Quartz Hill, California; Penny L. Meadowcroft (Richard) Shirley, Lancaster California; and Jane E. Dalton (Mark) Reynolds, Sandy, Utah; 11 Grandchildren, 22 Great-Grandchildren and 3 Great-Great-Grandchildren. Three brothers: Leon Cooper, Twin Falls, Idaho; George Cooper Jr., Sanders, Arizona; and Carl Cooper, Visalia, California. She was preceded in death by her parents, spouse and 2 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, April 1, 2016 at the Salt Lake Mill Creek Stake Center, 4220 South Jeannine Drive (420 East), with a viewing from 11:00 AM – 12:45 PM.
