Born February 5th, 1937 in Modesto, California. Barbara was a kind, loving, caring person, who took the time to spend with family and friends. She took care of everyone. She holds a very special place in all of our hearts.
She loved camping and fishing with family and friends. She worked at Cottonwood Hospital as a CNA. Barbara will be missed.
Barbara is survived by her children Michele (Paul) Sorensen, Michael (Vicki) Lay, and Jeanette Zabriskie (Jaime G), her brothers, her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is proceeded in death by her parents Florence and George Phillips, her brothers Bill Billings and Judd Phillips, her granddaughter Amanda Lay, and her grandson Sam Sorensen.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
Our family would like to give special thanks to Brighton Hospice, her nurse Wendy, her aide Ashley and many others who came to help.
