Elaine passed away suddenly on Thursday January 5, 2017 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born on August 22, 1940 in Salt Lake City to her late parents Thomas J. Thomas and Sarah Ruth Thomas
Elaine was an intelligent and hardworking woman. She had several different roles she fulfilled in her lifetime including an amazing supervisor/provider, a gentle wife, a loving mother, and caring grandmother. She enjoyed knitting the most beautiful pieces and embracing nature. She loved camping and fishing and amongst other things she taught her family, one was how to enjoy the earth we are blessed with.
She is survived by her 4 children Michael Thomas, Curtis Dennies, Karrie Keith, and Tracy Dennies, her 2 step-children Candy Titmus and Jim Pearce, as well as many many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandson.
It is with a heavy heart we must say goodbye.
She was happily married to her loving husband of 50 years Bob Pearce- My dear you will be greatly missed.
Funeral services for Elaine will be 11:00 am on Wednesday January 11, 2017 at Memorial Redwood Mortuary 6500 South Redwood Road West Jordan, Utah. There will be a viewing Tuesday January 10, 2017 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Memorial Redwood and also one hour prior to the services.
