Armando “Mandie” Rocha

Our Beloved Dad, Papa, Tata, Grandpa and Uncle Armando “Mandie” Rocha, passed away March 9, 2018 enjoying life. Dad was born March 4, 1931 in Montana to Macario Rocha and Francisa Valencia Rocha. He completed a Tour of Duty in the Korean War from May 8, 1952 to May 7, 1954 as a United States Marine. Armando married the love of his life Ellen Ulibarri on May 15, 1954. He was a long-standing member of Iron Worker Local #27 where he retired. Over 20 years of service at St. Francies Xavier School. He is survived by Michael Rocha, Jeanie Rocha Swanson, Christopher Rocha, six grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and the uncountable children that loved him. A Graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 24, 2018, 10 AM with a viewing two hours prior to the service at Memorial Redwood Mortuary and Cemetery, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah.
