Arlen Blaine Jackson

Arlen Blaine Jackson was born March 10, 1960, Salt Lake City, UT to Blaine Miller Jackson and Yvonne Adele Daniels.  Arlen was the sixth child welcomed into their loving family.   Arlen was the husband of Annette Ashby and father to Jennifer Scherzinger (Scott), Michelle Burton, Heidi Baena (Eliserio Jr.) and Zackary Jackson (Alexandra).

Arlen was a loving father and tremendously loved babies.  Arlen was a talented craftsman and worked several years in the cabinetry industry.  Arlen was always the go to for the most difficult custom cabinet jobs.  Arlen loved to golf and even scored a hole-in-one.

Arlen struggled for several years with health issues.  We are grateful for the time that we shared as a family.  Arlen is finally free of a body that has held him hostage for several years.

Arlen was preceded in death by his mother and father, sister Linda Jackson, niece Stefanie Walker and father-in-law Hank Ashby as well as several beloved aunts and uncles.

Arlen is survived by his wife Annette, children Jenny, Michelle, Heidi and Zack as well as 13 grandchildren, Maxwell Scherzinger, Cooper Scherzinger, Hannah Heitzman (Andrew), Riley Heitzman (Dajanae), Haylie Heitzman, Kael Burton, Jackson Burton, Ashby Burton, Stefanie Baena, Leah Baena, Rion Baena, Oakley Jackson and Blaine Jackson 1 great-grandchild Magnolia Heitzman. Brother and Sisters Ken Jackson (Bonnie), Nanette Rudd (David), Shauna Tanner (David), Cynthia Hansen (Jeff).  Several brother and sister-laws, cousins, nephews, nieces, and Aunt Ellen Nygaard (Richard).

Viewing will be held Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 11:00 am Memorial Estate Mortuary 3115 Bengal Blvd (3115 E 7800 S). Graveside to follow approximately 12:30 pm Larkin Sunset Gardens 1950 E 10600 S, Sandy, UT.
