Anthony “Tony” William Salazar

Anthony (Tony) William Salazar 65, passed away on March 6, 2017 in Kennewick, WA.   Tony grew up in Salt Lake City and graduated from West High School in 1969.   He worked as a chef for 35 years in Utah, Nevada and Washington.  He enjoyed golfing, boating and traveling.  He is survived by his wife Carol, mother Vera Bond, brother John Salazar, sister Esther Harlow (Danny), son Brian Maddox (Anne), stepdaughters Katie MacPhetridge (Josh), Kirsten Elliot, stepson William Elliot and grandchildren Lily, Chloe, Walken and Emma.  He was preceded in death by his father Tony, stepfather J.C. Bond and sister Lydia Allen.  A graveside service will be held at Memorial Redwood Mortuary and Cemetery: 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan at 2:00pm on Friday March 17, 2017.   We will always carry his memory in our hearts.
