Annette Fern Turner

Annette Fern Turner Webster Touhuni, our loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away on April 4, 2025, in Provo, Utah, at the age of 86. She was born on August 28, 1938, in Weber, Utah, to Ulmer and Fern (Poulsen) Turner.

She loved spending time with family and took every opportunity to do so.

She was married to William Dale Webster and later divorced. She then married Siope “Joe” Touhuni, and they later divorced.

She is survived by her children: William (Raelyn) and Howard Webster, and Kitione (Rebecca) Touhuni, sister: Aloha Kuefner, grandchildren: Shielo (Cammy) and Cydnee Touhuni, two great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brother Vernon and sisters Jean and Shirley, her third son Gary, and first grandson Kit.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 18, 2025, at 11:00 AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 332 East 1000 North, Tooele, Utah. You may visit with the family at a viewing before services from 9:00 to 10:45 AM. Interment following services at 3:00 PM at Memorial Redwood Mortuary & Cemetery, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan.
