Anne S. Kuepper “Nanny”

September 3, 1951 — January 26, 2021

Anne left this world peacefully of natural causes to the flowing tears of her family. Despite experiencing severe mobility issues later in life, Anne continued to touch the hearts of everyone who was fortunate enough to know her, especially her family. Raised in what was then the rural community of Holladay, she enjoyed life with her immediate family, aunts, uncles, and cousins as she progressed through childhood absorbing impressive values that she was loyal to the rest of her life. Anne loved this comfortable setting and when her parents passed away, she was able to purchase and return to the ancestral home that her father built; this home was Anne’s haven and there was nowhere she’d rather be.
Anne’s strong family values were on full display when she became a mother. From their very first day, Sean and Mat were the focus of her life and their well-being was forever at the top of Anne’s concerns. She did everything she could, often making heroic efforts as a single parent, to pass on the values she enjoyed and make their childhoods as rewarding as possible. As her sons have transitioned into adulthood they have, and will continue to, realize the extent of her efforts. Their appreciation, and especially their love, will continue to grow for their entire lives. This behavior continued to even a higher degree when Anne was blessed with her cherished granddaughter; Skylar and “Nanny” would spend countless hours together talking, joking, laughing and enjoying each other’s company. They were, and always will be, BEST FRIENDS FOREVER!
Anne’s passing will leave a huge hole in the lives of her family, friends and especially her husband. For 24 years Anne and Randy have traveled through life’s ups and downs, enjoying the good times and dealing with the bad, but always able to maintain the comfortable home and life they loved so much. Due to Anne’s influence, Randy is twice the man he was before he was blessed with the most loving wife in the world! Honey, I love you more than life itself.
Anne was preceded in death by her parents Ralph and Ireta and sister Donna. She is survived and will be sorely missed by her husband Randy Outsen, sons Sean and Mat, “bonus” daughter Maggie (in-law), cherished granddaughter Skylar Anne, brothers Ralph (Betty), Russ (Shannon), sisters Lynn (Bob), Marilyn and many nieces and nephews as well as the rest of the immediate family.
Anne left us too soon, but the values she instilled in all who knew her and her memory will never be forgotten!
