Born in Fillmore, Utah to Ward Robert and Emma Laura Day Phelps. Married George Franklin Shaw.
Survived by sons: Howard (Bea), David (Francis), and Michael (Linda), daughters: George Ann Christensen (Bernell), Patsy Bradshaw, Frankie Fitzmorris (Dennis), 26 grandchildren, 60 great-grandchildren, 27 great-great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, brothers: Tom, Dell, Gordon, and Ned Phelps, sister: Deloris Watson.
Preceded in death by parents, husband, brother: Ward Phelps, and sisters: Lila Adams and Dean Watters, son-in-law Dick Bradshaw, 2 grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
