Anna Liza Poulsen, 50, passed away in her home early Tuesday, May 31st. Liza was born to retired RN Luzviminda Alfaro and the late Major Florante Fernandez on November 29th, 1971 in Quezon City, Philippines.
Liza was a medical assistant for Intermountain Healthcare. She loved to spend time with her family and 2 dogs. She enjoyed traveling and hosting game nights. Liza showed her love best by cooking comfort food for her family and friends.
Liza is survived by her husband, Joseph Poulsen; 5 children: Rebecca Castillo, Alexander Castillo, Dakota Sharp and step-sons Steven Poulsen, and Jonathan Poulsen.
Funeral services will be held from 2pm to 3pm on Saturday, June 11th at Memorial Redwood Mortuary, 6500 south Redwood Road. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Primary Children’s Hospital or The Cancer Society.Service Information
