Andrea Frances Chavez

Andrea Frances Chavez passed away in her sleep Sunday January 23, 2022 at Traditions , her assisted living home on Redwood Road West Valley, Utah. She was 75 years old, had never married and is survived by her brother Louis Chavez (wife) Josie. Niece Julie C. Rivera, Nephew Michael L. Chavez and was proceeded in death by her mother Catherine her father Florentino and her brother Daniel O. Chavez.
She was first in her family to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Utah in June of 1970. She got her teaching certification then also she was an elementary teacher for more than 20 years. She loved to travel, liked all kinds of music, all kinds of food especially her moms tamales and great food.
She remained Catholic but due to Covid-19 concerns, weather, and other family concerns the family decided not to have a church or funeral service. Your prayers are deeply appreciated.
