Allen Ray Lisonbee

Allen Ray Lisonbee, age 86, passed away on March 6, 2021, at his home. He was born May 10, 1934 in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Lawrence and Francis Lisonbee. Ray married Annette Tyne (deceased).
Ray loved being with his family; loved to water ski, baseball, football, old cars, races, traveling with the motorhome club; anything his kids wanted to do he jumped all into it and made the best.
He served 5 years in the US Air Force; retired from Kennecott Copper Mine. From there he started to drive semi-trucks long haul, with Annette right by his side.
He is survived by his son, Allen Derk Lisonbee; daughter, Christy Ann Lisonbee Legg; 6 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, brothers, sister, and 1 grandson.
Funeral services will be held March 17, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Memorial Holladay~Cottonwood Mortuary, 4670 So. Highland Drive, Holladay, Utah, with a viewing from 12:00-1:00 pm prior to funeral. A public viewing will be held Tuesday, March 16, 2021 from 6:00-8:00 pm at the same location. Please wear a mask.
