Allen died peacefully February 17, 2015. A viewing will be held Saturday, February 21, 2015 from 9:30 to 11:30 am at the LeGrand Ward Building 1078 McClelland Street (1040 East), Salt Lake City, Utah. A graveside service will be held the same day at 2:00 pm at the Spanish Fork City Cemetery, 420 South 400 East, Spanish Fork, Utah.
