Alice Cecilia Benavidez Crowther, 70, of West Valley City, peacefully passed away at her home surrounded by family on October 5, 2014.
Alice was born in Sanford, Colorado on July 4, 1944. She enjoyed camping, movies, games, and spending time with her family.
Alice is survived by her loving husband Tom; three sons, Gino of South Jordan; Tommy (Kim) Kaysville; Travis (Heather) Farmington; two daughters, Elizabeth SLC and Donna (Lionel) St. George; 16 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren as well as her pet Chihuahua Lola.
Alice is preceded in death by her grandparents, Father Geronimo Benavidez, grandson Jeremy Madrid, mother-in-law Naomi, father-in-law Deon.
A rosary will be held from 6-8 on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at Murray Memorial Mortuary 5850 S 900 E.
A mass of Christian burial will be held at 11:00 Friday, October 10, 2014 at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church 3580 W 3650. Interment will follow at Utah Veterans Memorial Park 17111 S Camp Williams Rd.
