Aletha Dee Cruz, age 78, passed away on November 30, 2018, in Taylorsville, Utah. She was born on June 9, 1940 in Bradford, Pennsylvania to Milton Arthur Edmonds and Effie Elizabeth Schultz. She married Frank Cruz on February 27, 1960.
Aletha was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and cousin. Her favorite things in life were jigsaw puzzles, reading, watching the Food Network, spending time with family and friends, and above all, shopping.
She is survived by her son, Frank D. Cruz; daughter Kim T. Cruz; granddaughter Caitlin Emma Cruz; and sister Althea Hazis.
Aletha is preceded in death by her husband and both parents.
