Adrian Anderson

Adrian Arthur Anderson passed away October 11, 2013 in Salt Lake City, Utah surrounded by his loved ones. He was born March 27, 1938 to Willard Anderson and Phyllis Rugar Anderson in Malad, Idaho. Graduated from Malad High School and Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He was married to Colleen Allen Anderson for 15 years which four children were born. For the past 20 years he has resided in Salt Lake City with his companion and true love, Linda Zdunich. Art was an intelligent and great businessman and excelled in sales and management positions. He was currently employed by Costco Warehouse as a Senior Hearing Aid Specialist and built many great relationships. He loved his family, friends and coworkers dearly. Enthusiast of music of all kinds, especially Jazz, and his love of playing the piano. He also had a keen sense of humor. His love affair with ice cream/sherbet and anything ala mode was always undeniable.
Survived by daughter Stacey Nelson (Terry), Boise, Idaho, sons Brad Anderson, Devils Lake, North Dakota, David Anderson, Boise, Idaho, Hutton Anderson (Brandy), Devils Lake, North Dakota; 14 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and one on the way; sisters Carla Nielsen and Vicki Fonnesbeck and many nieces and nephews; his sweetheart's daughter Stacey Turpin (Jeff), and son Kevin Zdunich (Ramie), Salt Lake City, Utah; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, granddaughters Nichole Anderson and Audrey Black; brother-in-law Jim Fonnesbeck; and daughter-in-law Teresa Walters.
A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, October 19, 2013 with a short service at 2:00 p.m. and then a celebration to 6:00 p.m. at the Holladay Cottonwood Mortuary, 4670 South Highland Drive, Holladay, Utah. Condolences may be shared with the family at www.holladaycottonwoodmortuary.com.
